Just like every other arrangement or gift I have bought from Felicia over the past several years, the flowers I had delivered to my daughter for her birthday are perfect. Felicia's customer service is very good, including her pleasant demeanor and advice during the ordering process. AND, she always thanks me for the business if I am talking to her when ordering. I highly recommend!
