I found Flowers for Felicia to get flowers for an anniversary. I placed an order online which was quick and simple. It turned out there was an error on the site and the store wasn’t meant to be open that day. When the owner called me I offered to cancel and make other arrangements but they insisted on coming through for us despite it being a day they weren’t meant to be open. The flowers were beautiful. I’ll definitely be back!

The bouquet of flowers was absolutely beautiful. The birthday recipient was so very pleased. I need to give a huge "thank you" to the team I called a few days before delivery to change the address because the birthday person was going to be in the office instead of at home. The phone interaction was excellent. And, the flowers were delivered to the office. The quality of flowers and customer service at Flowers by Felicia is outstanding. We will continue to order all of our flowers from this business.
